He was my brother - in fate were we born,

He of the mountains - I from the sea torn.

I was a warrior - he put me to shame

In battle I'd fallen - my fealty his claim.

I carried his banner - and fought at his side

I married his sister - a source of his pride.

He taught me of honor - sure justice to hold.

He laughed at my folly - and brave stories told.

We won many battles - and turned back the foe.

I guarded his left side - he parried each blow.

"Hell twins of furry" - by right we were called

By King and dominion - our duty fulfilled.

My liege Lord has fallen - an arrow meant for me,

With leap cross the field - his chest set me free.

I gave him so little -  the hand of a friend,

He gave me his heart - and life in the end .
